Check out the third picture of my Rambouillet:

Those are Shimano longreach Ultegras with Jack Browns. The set up is
outstanding. Using those tires revolutionized what was already a great bike in
my mind. When I remove a wheel, I use the QR on the brake, the QR on the Tektro
levers, and then I screw down the barrell adjuster. And I enjoy every second of
it, because the wheel comes out easily, the tires are great, and they are three
very easy steps in the wheel removal that all work very cleanly and predictably
with no hassle. I highly recommend it.

But make sure you set it up with QR's on both the brake levers and on the
brakes if you don't use the Tektro widemouths. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fun.
