For future reference, I have been through my 5-pin outer ring stash, and I
have the following items I'd be willing to release into the wild:

2x TA outer, 54H (50.4 5-pin crank mounting, 6-arm/80 BCD "cyclotouriste" +
152 BCD "criterium" chainring drilling)

1x TA outer, 52H (50.4 5-pin crank mounting, 6-arm/80 BCD "cyclotouriste" +
152 BCD "criterium" chainring drilling)

Assuming you intend to run this as a single ring, and so inner-chainring
BCD doesn't matter, I also have non-TA options:

1x Stronglight 49 outer, 52H (50.4 5-pin crank mounting, 5-arm 122 BCD
chainring drilling)

2x Nervar 631 outer, 52H (50.4 5-pin crank mounting, 5-arm 128 BCD
chainring drilling), one NOS
