Adjust the brakes.

Could be as simple as toe in, but chatter should not be happening, so 
perhaps a full adjustment at your LBS?

I ride my Hunqapillar at high speed down mountain passes (dirt and paved) 
and loaded, slow, down steeper rocky, rooty trails and have no chatter. 
Good luck getting it solved, and I look forward to hearing ride reports 
about how you and your Hunqapillar get along.
