I have a 48cm hunq that normally runs 26 x 2.1 smart sams. Had a 650b wheelset around with babyshoe pass 650b x 42. Threw them on, adjusted the cantilever breaks. Everything seems to fit. Bike rides fine (a little squirrely, maybe it has something to do with tire pressure though? bar height?).
bottom bracket (which is already high for this bike) seems to be the same as the overall diameter is pretty close b/w the 26 x 2.1 and 650b x 42's. Maybe a little higher.
