Oh: I put the Stan's in "regular" valve tubes: without "removable" cores, except that I removed them: pinching tube underneath stem, force core locknut off with needlenosed pliers, let core drop down stem. Having your measured quantity of Stan's and applicator ready, apply nozzle to stem and squeeze in sealant. Sealing stem with thumb, invert it with a modest shake so that core reappears. Grab threaded portion with needlenosed pliers, force locknut back on with fingers, complete its reinstallation with the pliers. Wala.
