Riv doesn't do any torch work in-house, but adding water bottle braze ons to a frame is not too expensive. Probably around $50 for a local framebuilder to do it. Riv has a couple that they typically work with. The thing that will get you is the repaint. Any Cheviut they have on hand is already painted. Any frame mods you pay them to do will require a repaint. I'd expect that to run at least $200. That's what I meant when I initially responded that there is probably no practical way for you to get another set of water bottle braze ons. Still, you should give them a call and talk it over.
