1. The new version of the Nitto Big Back Rack, Large, has no loop or other fixture at the bottom where one might secure the hook of a pannier. (The new Medium version does have such a loop, but I am not in Medium territory.) Do you have this new rack, and if so, how have you modified it to secure a pannier hook? 2. Are the light-bracket holes on the back of the rack spaced at 50 mm?
