Here's how it begins. I start thinking it would be nice to have bosco bars on a bike, and since i already have a dedicated mtn bike (hunqapillar) and road bike (gunnar), that leaves my hillborne as my totally superfluous bike, perfect bosco candidate!
I start looking at rivbike and adding things to my cart for the bosco cockpit (bars, stem, brake levers, shifters, grips), almost $300 (which is already way more money than I need or want to spend on bike stuff right now). Hmmmm, the Clem Smith Jr sure is starting to look pretty with those bosco bars, like they were made for each other, and it is only $1400, just $1100 more than than the bosco cockpit and things I'm selling..... Not going to do it, but its a dangerous, slippery slope we've all been on.
