What is the minor flaw that will send the crown back for redesign? To my eyes, it's the minimal material between the two louvres, at the point where they just barely overlap. In-line vertically when viewed from the front, and also in-line with the threaded hole at the top. A larger web of metal in that area will make for a stronger grasp of the fork in the crown. Just my opinion, and I bet I'm wrong, it's probably something else really really subtle.
