That's the challenge, isn't it? The current thing is so good, and you want to act before the current thing is no longer available. But the next thing might be irresistable, too! But then you don't buy the current thing and then when the next thing isn't what you want, then you are left with nuthin!
The only way to play it safe is always buy the current thing when you like it. Your only regret will be having too many nice bikes, which is about the least regrettable regret one could possibly have.
