Recently there was a 56 on the bob list   The 56 & 58 overlap in PBH, so if 
you're at the lower end of the PBH range for a 58 a 56 may be worth a 
look.  It will also depend on what tires you intend to use.  The 56 is 
26".  

I have a 58 with 40 mm 700c, and another list member has a 56 with 2.35 
(??) 26".  We've swapped bikes for a short ride & they were darn close, 
even without changing seat or bar heights.  I've also ridden a 61 cm 
Atlantis with 45 mm Smart Sams, and while it was a bit of a reach was 
perfectly rideable.  A lot depends on where your PBH falls in Riv's size 
ranges.
