I hear ya. I'd love to have an original A/R - I like those lugs and the old 
Rivendell decal - but I'd never be able to talk myself out of dumping big 
money into restoring the frame and paint. Which means the frame can't cost 
too much to start with, and the seller rejected my offer. Oh well, I have 
nice bikes I'm already struggling to find time to ride, so it's probably 
for the best.
