Cool pics, and great meet up plan. I too find that I take in the sights of great rides with my eyes and mind, forgetting that others will not be able to share those images. Great discipline to step from your perspective in a good moment to document it, even by one or two shots.
That lock thing is happening in many places, locally on the bridge between Pitt and Carnegie Mellon University campuses.
