Dear Sheldon B., As a firm believer in the use of fenders to manipulate weather I put fenders on my Quickbeam. Subsequently, Colorado, where I was born and raised and yet reside, has been wetter than anywhere else in the world, to the point that everyone is naming their sons Noah. What gives?!
