It was a Hillborne 
(http://rivbike.tumblr.com/post/108118247614/click-on-the-pix-to).  Seems 
like it was all about the rack mount.  Got me intrigued as well but mine is 
a canti Hillborne so the split wasn't need.  I did have to grind out the 
slot on the connection tab on my p50s to get the fender all the way up to 
the fork.  I'm sure I can get 42s in there now (been using 40s) but I'm 
thinking of seeing if I can get my new 45 Smart Sam's in there.  Doubting 
that but summer break just started so I may find a little more time to mess 
around with it.
