Love the under BB cable routing...never seen that setup actually. I can't tell what Clockwork's prices are from its website but that's where I'd start for getting your 'fair price' calculation started. I wouldn't really pay a premium for a frame custom made to someone else's order though... the fact that it is/was a custom design is interesting but really only means something to the person who spec'd it out. That said the in progress photo's are great and the finished frame looks to be absolutely first rate.
