I don't think your height is that exceptional within the Rivendell ownership community. For example I am 6'7" and I know of others who are similar or even taller.
The staff at Riv is very, very good at what they do. Give them a call. If they recommend a specific frame, you can be assured it will fit. Maybe a large Clementine would be in order. Ask them about it. I don't remember offhand what the height recommendations were for the large, but they will know. One thing I do know is that their sizing is often unconventional, but they know their stuff, so if they recommend a size that sounds odd, trust them, it will work.
