A 64 cm frame would fit similar to a 60 cm or so Hillborne or Hunqapillar if those were to come in that size.
The QB and AHH sizing principles are just about the same as each other. A 63 or 65 cm AHH rider would do fine on a 64 cm QB. The key distinction above is that the Hunqapillar and Hillborne are expanded frame geometry, meaning the TT slopes up 6 degrees as it spans from seat lug to head lug. The AHH and QB are traditional Riv geometry with a TT that slopes up 1.5 and 2 degrees respectively. My own 64 cm QB fits me well, and so did my 60 cm Sam Hillborne. - Jim W.
