Just in time for touring. I am selling my 8-year old BOB Yak bicycle trailer. I used it on two multi-day rides (Oregon Coast & Rt. 395 Topaz to Kennedy Meadows), and several local trips of utilitarian purpose. I estimate that there are no more than 450 - 500 miles on the trailer.
Included in the sale are: BOB Yak bicycle trailer with extra long yoke to accommodate tow cycle with 700cc rear wheel and full fender. Two BOB Quick Release Skewers with “BOB Nuts.” One spare quick release skewer for BOB trailer wheel and axle. Ten extra axle pins and lanyards. Orange warning flag. Water bottle cage mounts (No cages). NOTE: this sale does NOT include the BOB yellow cargo bag that came with the trailer new. That has long ago disappeared (I suspect on of the kids grabbed it and took it somewhere to hold his gear on a kayak trip.) A replacement bag will cost $80. BUT, it’s just as easy and practical to use ordinary panniers or other dry bags, even a backpack if one camps. New, a BOB Yak with this combo of gear would cost $350 +. Since I no longer have the bag, but do have the extras enumerated above, *I am asking $225 + cost of shopping*.
