I don't know about the Tall Rando bag, but I have the regular one and rode a 600k with it. I filled it with food and clothes around the 5-7 lb range and had no handling issues. I did feel like I overloaded the front once with too much food and had to redistribute some of the heavy things to my rear saddle bag. It kind of felt like it was really hard to control the bike when it was stopped. Once I swapped some food for clothes it felt fine.
