Had a great grocery run today (and about to get the literal fruits of my labor with a blueberry shortcake! Yes, it’s grain free, and except for the fruit close to carb free too. Don’t ask how. My wife and daughters work magic with their baking.)!
Anyway, on the way home, I forgot two critical facts: I have eggs in my panniers and there was significant, deep washboard on the road on the way up. I remembered the washboard when it reminded me of its existence as I was flying downhill with a great tail wind. I remembered the eggs as I was maximizing my simultaneous use of breaks and build in Hunqapillar shock absorbers. Eggs are tough. Only one broke, and went immediately into the mix so didn’t even get wasted. Grin.
