The gist is this, if you preordered a frame, we'd like to give you the chance to upgrade to a complete (no pressure) so we can mark one of the completes with your preferred color. These are bikes-in-a-box 95% assembled, and at a big discount. There are a lot of size/color combos to juggle. Staying frame only is groovy too, but if you give us a heads-up we can make sure a complete in your color is reserved. That's what's going on. Once we get that squared away (giving preorderers a first-chance, allocating the colors), we'll reopen preorders for completes in a clearer, easier to understand way.
