Hi John, no clamps - the bags have nylon/velcro straps.  Don't know how 
many are on the Carsick goodie bag, but the RandiJo bartender has 2 straps 
on top and one on the bottom.  The way her bags are sewn, you have about 
half-dozen positions you can put the straps.  But typically, one to the 
bar, one to the top of the stem, one to the bottom of the stem.
