For those in the DC area, from my experience the heavily discounted stuff goes right away (i.e. you need to be in line when they open). They also sometimes sell non-VO items, the last one i went to there was a full set of Nitto touring racks (i guess these are things they use to prototype their own products). Of course each one is hit and miss on items, though they are also giving 15% off on in-person, in-stock purchases too if you need to pick up something. I've missed the last few ones, but they have some pictures up, and at a minimum it's a nice excuse to get out to Annapolis. A little too early to visit Cantler's for crabs but you have a few options downtown. Let us know if you pick up something good!
