Andy, I access it via the paved road that connects with Rampart Range Road out of Woodland Park, then take either Rainbow Gulch trail or Schubarth (sp?) Road to the Reservoir. In summer and fall the trail around the reservoir is a popular MTB trail, all the lycra and full shock absorption you could ever want. Grin.
