Sorry for not following the list etiquette. 1) I am the sole owner
2) I bought the frame a year or so ago, set it up with the best components possible, including White Industry rear hub, dynohub in the front, E3 light, Velocity Synergy rims, Campy triple crankset, XTR rear derailleur, Honjo hammered fenders, Brooks saddle with Selle Anatomica cutout, plenty of Nitto stuff including, Noodle bar, lugged stem, front rack, rear rack, and seatpost. I have used several sets of bags including the Gilles Berthoud and Rivendell front/rear combos. I put at least one thousand miles on it, maybe as much as two, but I don't keep track of milage anymore. The frame is sand blasted and then powdercoated, which looks good with silver accents. In January of this year I formed Silva Cycles LLC focusing on custom hand built lugged frames. I like this frame, but I don't plan on riding it anymore (riding my own frames now) and would like to put the money into buying more fixtures for my shop. I can build this bike up with components if the buyer is interested (I am a certified bicycle and suspension technician as well as UBI and DT Swiss Advanced Wheel Builder). I am not sure if Saluki's will be made anymore. Adding couplers adds around $550 to the cost of the frame, so it adds significant value.
