Caveat: I reached out to the builder about some revisions I wanted on one of my frames. Initially he was enthusiastic and seemed ready to assist. But then we lost contact and I wound up making arrangements with Bilnkey. Humble was in the process of setting up a website at the time. Now that it is online he may have things better coordinated.
