Padded mountain bike shorts or any ol' shorts, t-shirt or lightweight
fleece and Scarpa Mystic Lite shoes. Never owned a bike-dedicated shirt
(even when I used to race). I own a 15-year old pair of Pearl Izumi shorts
but they almost look new from lack of use. The mountain bike clipless
shoes look pretty clean as well since I switched to Grip Kings and Thin
Gripsters. Still thinking about buying some of those Redwing Chukkas Chris
talks about. I found a pair of black irregulars for $50 and I can attest
that Chris spot on. They are great shoes. However, my black "Postman"
shoes look pretty dorky with shorts. I'll need the full mailman regalia to
pull that off!

Guess I've bought into Riv-style hook, line and sinker!
