going to have to add to this, because I don't want to leave out Rivendell - their service is simply the best - send them an e-mail question and find out. Not a gripe, because I just spent $100 there out of my $1000 project on great stuff where they were untouchable - they have all great stuff and great prices on just about all of it - they ship out right away, but it still takes a week to get halfway across the country. Andy is the only e-bike-retailer I know that provides comparable service to Rivendell, and maybe it's only geography, but I got my Paul brakes in 3 days. (I've done a lot of business with both)
