In most cases, it's CTRL + F5 for Windows and Linux, and CMD + Shift + R 
for Mac. Pre-emptive admission that I'm sure there's more than three cases 
where I'm wrong.

Note you're performing these keystrokes while on the specific page you're 
attempting to reload. Clearing the entire browser cache is a whole 'nother 
thing. Google.
