You have a Nitto F20. It's the Front Campee model with the removable pannier lowriders:

Down at the bottom, the lowest mounting hole has the spacer built in. Up where the struts attach, there's an oval slot. I'm looking for the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the bottom of the slot, and also from the center of the mounting hole to the top of the slot. If you own that rack and can take that measurement for me, I will be super grateful. I need to check that distance before I shell out for a $280 rack.
