There are 1-bolt seatposts that have infinite angle variability (ie they do not have any ridges or notches in the "cradle", and can hence can be tightened down at any angle). One that I really like is the kalloy uno sp-248 (easy to find in 27.2, if you want images). It is hard to find in 26.6, but can be ordered through shops that have a UBS account.
If you desire 2-bolts for reasons of security or slippage, then I know of no new products.
