I use a smal wisk broom to knock loose any snow. If there is ice accumulated in the derailers, brakes or cogs, I will spray them lightly with windshield wiper fluid and wipe off the excess. You can follow that with some WD-40 to drive the moisture away and keep the chain nice and oily with whatever you like.
