Well, thanks for all the info everybody... I forgot that I had purchased this from a list member last year:

Then the question is ...is the 40/32 combo a good spread (with a 16T in the back)?. Easy to change chainrings later. I already picked up a couple of bits to route the shifter cable (clamp-on cable stop, bottom-bracket cable guide, and a derailleur hanger for the chain tensioner.
