Got Grant's new book for Christmas and am enjoying and applying it. What I 
like is the no-nonsense easy reading tone, and breaking down the steps to 
simple simple simple.  It's really all about diet AND exercise. As the 
subtitle says, if you really want to get lean and strong, Eat Bacon Don't 
Jog is a great place to start.
