I have used a SURLY CrossCheck with the 700c *Bruce Gordon*Rock n' Road Tires
for a vacation bike that was carried in a truck to use wherever I happened to be, paved road - gravel bike trail or whatever was available where I was to ride on. SOMA has a similar frame.
