We equal the amount of cocoa powder to the amount of fat. So in your case, we'd 1:1 coconut cream (replace with butter or coconut oil, or cocoa butter) and cream to an equal amount of cocoa powder.
For add ins, I don't add in, I just eat things with it. Nuts, chili pepper, celtic salt, cheese, bacon, and other things I can't think of right now. It is fun to play with real food, isn't it? Grin.
