For any project, I like to read, look at vids, and then check the Sheldon Brown page, as there are sometimes important things to know that are not always mentioned in just one source, like knowing not to use your stem bottomed out in the steerer tube 'cuz it can fail if your steerer is butted. I think Sheldon's page was the only source I saw that mentioned that.
RBW's bike assembly video does not, but should.
