I a Just bought a Ramboullet frame on my son's advice. I'm a decent rider but a novice on building up a bike. I live in NH and want to ride on pavement and the great packed dirt roads we have here. I think a tire between 30 and 33mm would work well. Any advice out there on decent wheels that don't cost a fortune?
