Agreed. I've gone so far as to complain to eBay about this. Also, there's no way to block a seller's listings from appearing in search results. pb*bikes would be the very first seller I would block, for their insulting prices. When I do a search, I can't stand seeing the same sellers from whom I would never buy anything. I've complained about this. There's got to be a back end to activating this feature, and I'm willing to bet eBay just doesn't enable it for the end user.
