Not sure if we're straining at gnats here, but the 1st link below (Henry James) does indeed have a picture of a lugged fork crown (as opposed to a welded or uni style crown) about 1/2 way down the page. I have a Richard Sachs lugged fork crown so I know he makes them too, and so on.
