I've got a bike with stainless dropouts, and I'd never ever consider using 
stainless fasteners in those. It might be ok if the screw is coated 
liberally with anti-seize, but to me it's not worth the risk. I like the 
chrome-plated screws NItto supplies. On carbon steel dropouts, sure, but 
stainless in stainless is almost sure to gall. I've had to drill out a 
screw and re-tap the hole when I thoughtlessly used a ss fastener in the 
wrong place.
