Dunno... but it doesn't look like a bar that will lay "flat" on a table in any orientation. Many bars do, even my Bullmoose bars, but the ones on that Roadeo look to have sweep away from the stem and bend back toward the hands that are not co-planar. Still, I bet they ride nice. :-)
