well SET up, not at up... And to answer your conversion question my experience with doing it to a '82 Trek is that it's definitely possible and a fun project but for a daily rider the small compromises involved in the conversion degraded the riding experience over time. On those Trek's I'd still love to try a Peter Weigle style 'creative restoration' that involved 650b but I'm far more satisfied by my 650b designed frames.
