Bryan, we have the exact same PBH and saddle height (89/79) so your build up is perfect to look at and guesstimate from! I've had one disastrous dismount due to a too-high tube, and have been sorta' gun-shy ever since. I don't ride w/ my bars above seat level, so the added length of a taller HT doesn't benefit me much.
