I can't think of a model that has been removed and then returned to the lineup. Maaaybe the Quickbeam, although I think that was more of a long wait between batches rather than going on an actual hiatus?
Lego & Bomba don't really count as they were/are available as off-menu items. Although happy to be proven otherwise, my operating assumption is that when they're gone, they're gone...
