My whole personal stable (just two bikes, a Hunqapillar and QuickBeam) enjoyed a ride up Boreas Pass with my brother (he's a pilot and had a few day layover in Aspen). What a grand time, and we met my wife and daughters for a steak bbq, then came down, turning off the road for some single track on the descent (where there were far fewer aspen, but some great, challenging riding). He did very well, especially being from OK, land of the flat and the low.

What a wonderful surprise to get to see both my brother and the amazing aspen colors the day before not being able to ride for a wee while!
