Heard back from the seller and yes, indeed, the bolt on hanger is what
he was using.

I love running my QB single speed but this is all interesting to me.
It's a great riding frame and I can see someone wanting to run gears
on it for a tour or a change of pace. Cheaper than ordering a whole
new frame. Especially one in the same class.
