Post-import, those charges are bundled into the retail price. For smaller items like bags, those charges may be ignored - but you won't know until the last minute. Berthoud prices are cheaper on Berthoud's site, and Ostrich prices are cheaper on Alex; but you won't know what the actual full price is until you get the customs notice.
