"I have the albas for running my Yepp Mini front child seat. I like the
albas, but I don't love them. I'd like a bit more racy position, and* I
think my bike might be sized a little too small for me with these bars.* "

I think this might be my experience as well, as evidenced by my musings
over whether a 14cm stem and the forward knob addition would make my
Albatross bars a better fit. I am right on the border (88pbh) between a 61
and a 63 AHH, and when a 61 in black/cream came up used here on the list, I
jumped on it.

I don't think my bike is too small overall - I don't think I could
comfortably run drop bars on a 63 Hilsen, as I've already only got an 8cm
Tallux on there to make it work, but if I wanted to run Albas full time, I
might think about trading my 61 out for a 63.

Any takers? :)

I'm going to put those dia-compe knobs in the most forward position on the
hooks of the albas and see if that way I can achieve handlebar nirvana -
forward when I want it, but with a nice retreat to the grips when I want to
sit up and look around.

FWIW, I did 70 miles with albas last weekend and was not at all
dissatisfied.. I'm just always looking to tinker and see if there just
might be something even better out there! (Is this evidence of my
addiction to cockpit swapping?)
